BVBP Spring Season

Blossom Valley Pony Baseball Spring Season

At the moment you may be feeling the cold, but time goes quickly and soon it will be baseball season again. This is an fun time for both players and family who love the BVPB excitement. Blossom Valley Pony Baseball has been going strong for over 37 years and continues to draw families from the county of Santa Clara.

Over the years, there has been a number of programs that has been built up for the young players but BVPB is structured to help players grow and find their strengths. Besides learning more about the wonderful game of baseball, it is also a great way to socialize as well as build up the right amount of confidence at the same time.

Now is the time to be thinking about enrolling young players into baseball as the spring season is almost around the corner. Blossom Valley Pony Baseball is accepting registration for their youth baseball league  spring season. Players will be accepted from all over Santa Clara County.

Teenagers will also have the chance to progress and learn something about umpiring. Umpiring will also help them learn more about certain skills, such as responsibility and discipline. There is also a little money involved in a position like this.

Adults who are passionate about baseball and would like to coach and have the skills for a task like this are also welcome to apply. Our divisions are always expanding and looking for those with talents like these. Please get in touch with our player agent for more details.

There are various age divisions which your player would slot into. Once on the team the manager/coaches would develop your player over the season. For example, one will not focus on the competitive aspect where the younger player is concerned. Here, the basics will be taught using various techniques to help them with their game to continue to advance throughout the season.

In BVPB players will have been taught the rules of the game by the age of nine and would be familiar with the baseball routine and workouts. More competition is introduced at this stage, but it is obviously a gradual process making sure that there is always a sense of passion and fun that was enjoyed in the early stages when the game was just being introduced to them. This sense of balance will allow the players to benefit to their full potential, and this is why so many families and players love Blossom Valley Pony Baseball.
