Dearest BV Family,

Our Fan Fest day is fast approaching and we are very excited to celebrate our wonderful players and volunteers!  Here is some important information for your family to prepare for Fan Fest Day:  The San Jose Giants are wonderful and have donated their parking lot space for our festivities.  However, we must be mindful of how many parking spots we are using for our tailgates/gatherings. Please note, that parking is $15.  Each paid vehicle is only allowed to use one spot. If you choose to tailgate, please celebrate either in front or behind your vehicle.  Should you want more space, you will be required to pay for 2 parking spots ahead of time. 

Parking lot gates will open at 10:30 for families/teams to set up their areas.  However, BBQ and festivities will begin at 12noon.  If your family did not get a chance to pre-order food or wristbands and want to do so at the event, please head over to our ticket booth.  Limited amounts of food will be available for purchase so get there early.  3:00 pm is when our Auction Item and Raffle Winners will be announced.  Winners must be present to win.  We have prepared many amazing auction items! Items for auction include: SF Giants tailgate basket, Raiders basket, wine/cheese basket, and spa package.  Some of our awesome raffle prizes include: Lego Packages, Nerf Gun packages, Amazon Alexa, and movie ticket package.  If your family would like to purchase additional raffle tickets, they can be purchased for $5.  We are happy to announce that credit card will be accepted at Fan Fest (and at Hit a Thon on 4/21). 

Lastly, please remember, that we would like for all players to wear their hat and jersey for the parade on the field.  The weather is supposed to be amazing on Saturday, we can’t wait to have fun with our BV family! 

Here are a few items you may want to bring, so that your experience is more enjoyable:

1. Chairs

2. Sunscreen

3. Jackets or sweaters for evening weather

4. Wipes and/or sanitizer

5. $15 cash for parking

6. Trash Bags for garbage
